We’re looking for an experienced Structural Steel Welder and Fabricator to join our Wellington team. If you have proven heavy structural steel experience , strong MMAW (stick) welding skills, and the ability to fabricate to a high standard, this role will suit you perfectly.
About the Role
- Full‑time position based in Wellington
- Work on major commercial, industrial, and seismic‑strengthening projects
- Carry out structural steel fabrication , including cutting, prepping, assembling, and fitting
- Perform high‑quality MMAW welding on heavy structural components
- Read and interpret fabrication drawings and welding specifications
- Assist with both workshop fabrication and onsite installation
