Heavy Equipment Mechanic. This is a hands-on role focused on maintaining and repairing equipment to ensure safe operation, minimize downtime, and support overall jobsite productivity in a fast-paced environment.
Key Responsibilities
- Diagnose, repair, and maintain heavy equipment including excavators, loaders, dozers, and other machinery
- Perform preventative maintenance and inspections to ensure equipment reliability
- Troubleshoot mechanical, hydraulic, and electrical issues
- Coordinate with operators and supervisors to address equipment concerns
- Maintain accurate service records and complete repair documentation
- Ensure all work is completed in compliance with OSHA and safety standards
