Position Summary

: The Heavy Equipment Field Service Technician is responsible for the maintenance, repair, and troubleshooting of all mining equipment and machinery used in sand mining operations. This role ensures equipment operates safely, efficiently, and with minimal downtime. The ideal candidate has hands-on experience with heavy equipment, mechanical systems, hydraulics, and electrical systems in an industrial or mining environment.

Key Roles / Responsibilities: 

Perform routine inspections, preventive maintenance, and repairs on mining and processing equipment including conveyors, crushers, screens, pumps, and heavy machinery.

Troubleshoot mechanical, hydraulic, and electrical systems to identify and resolve malfunctions quickly.

Maintain accurate service logs, repair records, and parts inventories.

Assist with equipment installation, modification, and commissioning of new machinery.
