**Job Description:**

The shift Supervisor will report to the production manager and is responsible for directly managing and leading the shift to meet the expectations of ITW and its customers. This leadership position will also be responsible for supporting employees to achieve department metrics for safety, quality, delivery, cost, people, and sustainability. The shift supervisor will serve as the primary communication contact between the leadership team and production employees.

**Primary Key Responsibilities**

+ Effectively lead and manage the performance and development of a team of direct reports
+ Develop process understanding and find ways to improve
+ Manage employee relations, complete annual performance evaluations, lead new hire onboarding training initiatives
+ Monitor and manage employee schedules and attendance
