Job Summary

We are looking for an experienced Healthcare Team Leader to manage and support a high-performing team in a fast-paced BPO environment. The ideal candidate should have strong leadership skills and experience handling healthcare accounts.



Key Responsibilities

• Lead and manage a team of healthcare associates

• Monitor team performance, attendance, and productivity

• Conduct coaching sessions and performance reviews

• Handle escalations and support daily operations

• Ensure achievement of KPIs and client expectations

• Collaborate with QA, Training, and Operations teams
