This role supports healthcare provider, payer, healthcare IT, life sciences, medtech, and services sectors across a national investment banking platform.

Key Responsibilities

• Support execution of: Mergers & Acquisitions, Capital Raising, Strategic Advisory engagements
• Assist in managing active middle-market healthcare transactions.
• Develop and analyze: Financial models, Valuation analyses, Pitch books, CIMs, Management presentations
• Conduct industry, market, and company-specific research.
