Primary Responsibilities

  • Inform the patient about Medgate services, products and partner clients
  • Follow communication procedures, guidelines and policies, meeting Medgate standards
  • Do proper triaging of patients
  • Handle member’s medical concerns

Minimum Qualifications

  • At least six months work experience in a Hospital/ Clinic/ Diagnostic Center/ Customer Service, but not required.
  • Computer literate
  • Must be willing to undergo training (telemedicine program) prior to actual duty
  • Must be willing to work full-time on an 8-hr shifting schedule (24/7 operations)
  • Amenable to work in Makati City
  • Fresh graduates are encouraged to apply
