            Job Requirements   89 years old female Chinese patient 
Can speak English 
Serviced required: showering, toileting, elder sitting & NGT feeding 
Two-men transfer with helper 
 Roster: Monday to Sunday   Schedule Timing   Monday: 3pm – 6pm (3 hrs) 
Tuesday: 4pm – 7pm (3 hrs) 
Wednesday: 5pm – 8pm (3 hrs) 
Thursday: Timing to be confirmed (3 hrs) 
Friday: 8am – 11am (3 hrs) 
Saturday: 8am – 12pm (4 hrs) 
Sunday: Timing to be confirmed (8 hrs) 
 Duration:  Long Term  Requirements   Valid First Aid/CPR & AED/BCLS certificate  
Certificate in Healthcare  
Minimum 1 year experience in home care  
Good communication skills, able to engage patients and provide companionship & empathy for seniors
