The Healthcare Aide assist the Nursing Aide in providing care services to residents/clients and assists them with the activities of daily living as described in the care plan. Duties may include skin care, hair care, mouth care, bathing, positioning and movement, exercise, feeding and diaper change. The Healthcare Aide is also required to maintain the general cleanliness of the Home.

• Maintain the general cleanliness of the Red Cross Home for the Disabled such as the wards, toilets, offices, etc.
• Assist the Nursing Aides to bathe, dressing and grooming the residents/clients
• Assist the Nursing Aides to feed the residents/clients
• Assist the Nursing Aides to turn and re-position bedridden residents/clients
