Job Description
We’re looking for dedicated and customer-focused individuals to join our team as Healthcare Agents. In this role, you'll serve as the first point of contact for our customers—handling inquiries, resolving concerns, and delivering top‑tier service with every interaction.
- Resume and a government-issued ID
- High School graduate (college level or degree is an advantage)
- Strong communication skills—both written and verbal
- Open to applicants with or without BPO experience
- Ability to work in a fast‑paced, high‑volume call environment
- Customer service experience is a plus (training provided)
- Amenable to work shifting schedules, including nights, weekends, and holidays
