You will manage and support comprehensive HSE planning, governance, and program rollout across downstream operations in Borneo, while driving continuous improvement.
What You'll Do
Ensure compliance toward HSE local legal requirements, HSE governance and Cardinal Rules.
Deliver HSE consultancy and coaching to Line Operations and Management and promote HSE culture.
Coordinate and develop the annual HSE plan and set objectives and targets with monthly reporting.
Facilitate and monitor the implementation of HSE Management System, BlueScope Limited HSE Management System, Code of Practices, Audits (Internal and External Auditors), Unsafe Act and Unsafe Condition reporting (SOR) and others related HSE standard.
Coordinate, establish and maintain HSE Legal Register and Risk Register.
