Overview

If you are a registered health professional, with an interest in Mental Health, looking to join a team that values collaboration and high performance, consider the Tend Healthcare team at Linwood. This is a 0.8 FTE position, 4 days per week.

You will be working with a multidisciplinary team of General Practitioners, Nurse Practitioners, Registered Nurses and a Social Worker.

• Provide brief psychological interventions to our customers and practice evidence-based group programmes to them.

• Provide consultation, education, and advice to our care team by identifying the unmet needs of our customers and their whānau.

• Support local population health and work with our clinicians to develop intervention pathways based on practice needs.
