GENERAL PURPOSE OF JOB

The Health Center Lead is a hands-on, patient-facing role responsible for delivering high-quality direct patient care while supporting the efficient day-to-day operations of the health and wellness center. Approximately 90% of this role is dedicated to direct patient care.

In addition to clinical responsibilities, the Health Center Lead provides on-site guidance and operational oversight to ensure smooth daily workflows, as coached and directed by Operations Leadership.
