About the Role
The role of the HCA within the Community Nursing Service is to assist the Registered Nursing staff to ensure the efficient use of their time to support the provision of patient care in the community setting. The tasks include assisting with the management and delivery of supplies both to the patient homes and at the bases, assisting nurses and providing approved patient care tasks.
