Health & Safety Manager – VIDA UK

Role Overview

VIDA UK is seeking a proactive and experienced Health & Safety Manager to lead and continuously improve health, safety and environmental (HSE) performance across our UK operations.

This is a key strategic role within a growing organisation, offering the opportunity to build and shape HSE policies, systems and culture from the ground up . You will work closely with site teams, contractors and senior management to ensure full compliance with UK HSE legislation while positioning VIDA as an industry leader in safety performance and culture . The successful candidate will be hands-on, pragmatic and confident operating independently, with the credibility to influence stakeholders at all levels.
