            Monthly Salary: UP to $4500 (Negotiable)  Working Address: Multiple locations  Working hours: 5 Days work week | 44 hours  Responsibilities and Duties  Develop and execute a comprehensive coffee and beverage programme across outlets 
Support the Operations Manager / Outlet Supervisor in daily outlet operations 
Train, mentor, and guide barista team members to meet company standards 
Collaborate with the team to create and refine seasonal beverage menus, recipes, and processes 
Ensure all beverages are prepared and served to consistent quality and presentation standards 
Follow established workflows and operational procedures 
Deliver professional and attentive service to customers 
Work closely with the team to ensure smooth day-to-day operations 
Monitor and respond to customer feedback on beverage quality and presentation
