Achieve cluster targets (revenue, gross adds, reach, availability, visibility) by ensuring effective planning and execution of sales, distribution, DOP management and trade marketing activitiesCollaborate with DOP on a day-to-day basis to improve performance by providing strategic and tactical inputs Ensure delivery on all update information to territory Sales and DOP staff about product, program and strategic analysis of the area such as: Performance, Tower profit, Roll Out plan and ensure they understand and execute itProvide feedback to Region Group Head on Strategic Action Plan & Channel Program, that suitable for their area in other to have higher market share and wallet share from RO/Players Provide inputs to Region Trade & Channel on branding on ROs, ...
