ABOUT POSITION:
A luxury hospitality property in the Pilanesberg region is seeking an experienced and passionate Head Ranger to lead the guiding department and deliver exceptional safari experiences within a Big 5 environment.

The successful candidate will be responsible for overseeing all guiding operations, maintaining high guest service standards, managing guide teams, and ensuring the safe and professional operation of safari activities. This role is suited to a mature and hands-on guiding professional with strong leadership ability and a passion for wildlife, conservation, and guest interaction.

REQUIREMENT:
- FGASA Level 2 minimum (Level 3 advantageous)
- Lead Trails qualification essential
- Valid PDP essential
