Job as a Head Pastry Chef in a Luxury Cruise Ship with gastronomic restaurants on board,
Supervision of the Galley brigade on board a ship. He/she is responsible for the daily production of pastry products hat are prepared according to the highest international quality standards. He/she ensures good working relations amongst a multi ethnical team.
Position requirements
- Minimum of 4 years in a similar environment, either in a 5* luxury hotel with large banqueting facilities or onboard a small luxury cruise ship
- Culinary diploma and specialist patisserie qualifications
- Good Organisation skills, Interpersonal skills, flexibility and open mindedness, International exposure preferred.
- Safety Training certification.
- HACCP certification.
- Fluent English mandatory.
- Valid Medical Certificate are required before embarkation.
- CD1 VISA will be required previous to embarkation.
