Your tasks We are seeking an experienced and commercially driven Head of Trade Aftermarket to lead and develop our UK Aftermarket Business Unit. Managing a team of five, you will drive strategic growth across a portfolio of key customers including buying groups, distributors, specialists, and independent motor factors. This role carries full P&L responsibility and plays a critical part in delivering long-term business growth. Develop and execute the UK Trade Aftermarket strategy to drive revenue, profitability, and customer satisfaction. Lead, coach, and develop a high-performing sales team. Manage strategic customer relationships, including ITG members and key accounts. Own contract negotiations, commercial agreements, and business reviews.
