As a Head Smart Factory, you will be:

**Develop and Drive the Site Digital Roadmap**

+ Collaborate with Digital teams, Global Functions, and Business Owners to define and prioritize the site’s digital portfolio, ensuring business continuity, modernization, and operational excellence.
