We are looking for an experienced, customer‑centric Head of Service to join our team and help repower industrial heat at scale. This role will have a significant impact in ensuring customer satisfaction in the commissioning and operations of the Rondo Heat Batteries supplied to our industrial clients, as well as identifying opportunities for product improvement and potential new market niches.

Ensure assets meet availability, reliability, and contractual guarantees.
