HSDC is seeking an inspirational, visionary leader for the brand-new post of Head of SEND & Inclusion. This high-impact, strategic new role is designed to transform, align, and harmonise our provisions across our vibrant campuses.

We are looking for a changemaker with a proven track record of leading dynamic SEND teams, someone who is genuinely innovative and ready to drive SEND reform. In this role, you won't just manage processes—you will work alongside the Director of Student Progress to lead a cultural shift across the college.
