We are seeking an experienced and dynamic Head of Section, Engineering/Maintenance to lead our preventive maintenance and engineering operations. This role is responsible for ensuring optimal machine performance, minimizing downtime, and driving continuous improvement through robust maintenance strategies, automation, and team development.
Leadership & Team Management
Lead, supervise, and develop the Preventive Maintenance (PM) team in executing daily maintenance activities.Train, coach, and enhance the technical competencies of maintenance technicians to build a high-performing team.Maintenance Planning & Execution
Plan, schedule, and oversee preventive maintenance activities for production machinery, equipment, and utilities.Ensure all maintenance tasks (PM, Machine Tolerance Check (MTC), and Condition-Based Maintenance (CBM)) are completed in accordance with established schedules and standards.Take the next step and apply for this exciting opportunity
