This is a senior leadership position responsible for the overall strategic direction, operational excellence, and financial performance. The successful candidate will drive growth, manage P&L, build and lead high-performing teams, and ensure compliance with all local regulations. This role reports directly to the country head.

Key Responsibilities

Strategy and Growth

• Develop and execute a comprehensive business strategy to achieve market leadership and significant market share in the Philippines' used auto financing space.
• Lead strategic thinking and execution of new initiatives across each key vertical- credit, collection, sales and operations

Financial Management

• Own and manage the Profit & Loss (P&L) for the business unit, including budgeting, forecasting, and resource allocation.
