Our company is growing rapidly and we are looking for a strong Head of Sales who can develop a sales strategy, lead the team to outstanding results and scale the business.
Responsibilities - Develop and implement the RWA sales strategy through direct channels and brokers in the MENA APAC and U.S. regions.
- Collaborate with developers to secure exclusive terms.
- Optimize sales processes and financial models (pricing discounts bonuses).
- Build and manage sales channels: B2C brokers and partnership programs.
- Improve conversion rates at each stage of the sales funnel.
- Work closely with the marketing team to generate SQLs.
- Attract and manage partners as well as train brokers.
- Recruit, train, motivate and manage the sales team. Develop training and development plans considering regional specifics and product technicalities.
- Ensure deal transparency, manage risks and oversee refunds.
