The Head of Sales is responsible for leading the company’s sales function, driving business growth, and building a high-performance sales culture across the organization. This role will lead and manage the sales team, strengthen existing customer relationships, expand the company’s market presence, and ensure the sales team effectively positions the company’s cybersecurity consulting services and related offerings to meet client needs. The role requires strong consultative selling capability, leadership of end-to-end sales execution, and the ability to translate customer requirements into clear solution opportunities by working closely with internal service lines, technical teams, and management.
