What you’ll be doing

As our Head of Sales Infrastructure & Heavy Industry, you will:

• Be responsible for growing our market share in Grids, Infra & Heavy Industry segments
• Own the P&L of the Power Systems business in Finland
• Join and contribute to the management team of Schneider Finland
• Lead the sales team through coaching, facilitation, and follow‑up, while ensuring turnover and results for one of our biggest growth areas in Finland
• Have C‑level relations with key end users & EPC partners
