We are looking for an experienced Reward Lead to shape and deliver a competitive and modern total reward strategy across a large, diverse workforce
Key Responsibilities
- Lead the design and delivery of the Total Reward Strat
- Manage the annual reward cycle including pay reviews and bonus proces
- Oversee salary benchmarking, job evaluation and pay governa
- Lead executive remuneration and incentive plans, including LTIP
- Manage reward reporting including gender pay gap and CEO pay ra
- Oversee benefits strategy, vendors and colleague value proposit
