The role

We’re looking for an experienced Retail Operations Manager to join the team on a Monday – Friday 30-hour per week, 10-month contract, supporting multiple retail locations across New Zealand.

This is a hands-on, multi-site role where you’ll work closely with Store Managers to drive operational excellence, elevate in-store execution, and ensure a consistent, high-quality customer experience across all locations.
