About the Role

The Company is in search of a Head of Programs to spearhead the establishment and leadership of a new programs division. The successful candidate will be a visionary leader with a strong background in program development, MGA/MGU relationships, and underwriting governance. Responsibilities for this role include managing existing surety and liability programs to meet strategic, financial, and operational targets, as well as building the infrastructure, strategy, and partnerships necessary for the growth of a high-performing delegated authority and program underwriting business.
