Responsibilities:
Lead production employees, including deployment planning and personnel development Continuous optimization of production processes and mixing procedures to reduce manufacturing costs; independent preparation of work instructions Responsible for ensuring, monitoring, and continuously improving occupational, health, and environmental safety within the production area, including documentation and training Coordinate procurement, provision, and maintenance of workwear, PPE, equipment, and operating materials Qualifications:
