The opportunity
This role is designed for a strategic builder, integrator, and intrapreneur—someone who will shape market positioning, drive portfolio competitiveness, and influence long‑term business success.
As a member of the GPQSS Management Team, you will own the long‑term profitable growth and strategic positioning of a diverse portfolio spanning grid connections, power electronics, e‑mobility, BESS, hydrogen, and emerging edge‑driven solutions. You will manage offerings across their full lifecycle to ensure alignment with market needs, business strategy, and financial targets. The location of this role is flexible within Europe and will be determined in later stages.
