About the role:
You will take a leading role in shaping and scaling the People & Culture function at Redcare Pharmacy across areas such as Change Management, Talent & Performance, Leadership Development; and Learning. Operating in a matrix organization, you will report into the HR Director and you will work closely with your HR counterparts; Managing Board and senior business stakeholders. As you build and develop your team over time, you will establish the frameworks and interventions needed to drive sustainable transformation. In doing so, you will play a key role in strengthening overall organizational effectiveness.
The internal job title of the role is Associate Director, People & Culture.
