RAW People is seeking a Lead Peer Supporter in Rotherham to provide strategic and operational leadership for the Peer Support Hub. This role will ensure that the service reflects peer support values and will involve the development of services, and supervision of Peer Support Workers.

The ideal candidate will have lived experience relevant to peer support, combined with supervisory or management experience. Strong communication skills and an understanding of peer support principles are essential for this role.
