About: We are recruiting on behalf of a well-established organisation for an experienced Head of Payroll to lead their end-to-end payroll function. This senior role will suit a confident payroll leader with strong technical knowledge and a hands-on approach. You’ll oversee payroll delivery, ensure statutory compliance, lead a payroll team, and work closely with HR, Finance, and external partners to drive continuous improvement. This position is being offered on a 2-4 month contract basis to cover and stabilise the payroll function during a period of restructuring.
