Head of Partnerships – West Midlands. Hybrid: 2 days per week in the office, 3 days travelling to customer sites. Enterprise Level Account Management and Sales experience required, Fintech experience is desirable.
This is a strategic senior leadership position focused on supporting enterprise account growth through increasing account value, driving adoption of services, and maximising retention through partner strategy. The role will contribute to account management strategy alongside senior stakeholders, drive customer success within the channel, act as a conduit for issue resolution, and line‑manage a team of account managers.
