Head of Outsource Services (KPJ Rawang Specialist Hospital)

The Head of Outsource Services is responsible for assisting the Chief Executive Officer and Operation Manager in implementing, evaluating, communicating, and monitoring all outsource services and assisting the Quality Services of KPJ Rawang Specialist Hospital to coordinate the quality activities whenever required.

Job Description

• Ensure compliance to the Vision and Mission statements, goals, objectives and values of the Company.
• Communicate and coordinate with the outsource vendors on the Integrated Management System activities.
• Ensure that the outsource vendors are aware of the QSHE policy and related policies and procedures.
• Ensure that the outsource vendors comply with the hospital’s requirements by updating them on changes in the hospital system. Keep vendors/contractors updated on the changes periodically.
