Job Description
The Head of Operations UK & Ireland is responsible for ensuring efficient, standardized, and high-performing operations across all branches and operational functions. The role drives operational performance, inventory management, logistics coordination, and continuous improvement in alignment with the overall business objectives.
Location: Birmingham or Glasgow
Key Responsibilities:
5+ years of leadership experience in operations
Strong knowledge of inventory management and operational processes
Background in scaffolding, construction or industrial services preferred
Excellent leadership, communication, and decision-making skills
Financial and commercial acumen (P&L, budgeting, forecasting) and passion for operational excellence
