Position Summary
As the Head of Operation&Strategy for Online Business, you will be responsible for driving the overall Online strategy, you will lead the BU to ensure excellent sales performance, new business strategy [both cooperative and go-to-market (GTM)], product launch management and SCM, and channel distribution management.
The role has a broad stakeholder group including HQ, RHQ and the local leadership team. A confident leader is required to navigate the organization to drive significant outcomes. The leader is expected to actively contribute to the broader company strategy and go to market.
2. Eliminate customers' inconveniences in processes before and after purchases including SCM, logistics and CS. Improve back-end processes to encourage customers to revisit.
