Develop, lead, and take responsibility for the Asia region’s revenue growth strategies within the Reinsurance area of the Marine Specialty.
Build a Regional team to establish the Specialization investing in local resources, identifying, and attracting new talent if needed.
Specialty Practice Group creation, cadence of communication, constant training and information sharing through email distribution and webex events with Asia team resources becoming a Regional team.
Perform a Reinsurance Market assessment/sizing in the region.
Review in detail current portfolio and ongoing year plan, establish, manage, and grow Asia regional pipeline to meet the year growth targets/goals.
