**Role Summary**
The Head of MarComm Technology leads the strategy, delivery, and ongoing operation of technology capabilities that support Marketing and Communications. This role is accountable for a portfolio of platforms and teams spanning marketing automation, content and channel technology, data and analytics enablement, and emerging AI-driven capabilities.
This leader partners closely with Marketing, Communications, Digital, Data, Architecture, and Engineering teams to translate business priorities into a clear technology roadmap, drive execution across a complex delivery landscape, and improve the effectiveness, reliability, and scalability of MarComm platforms. The role balances **run, change, and modernization** while simplifying the ecosystem and enabling better customer and colleague experiences.
