Legal Strategy & Leadership

• Develop and implement the company’s overall legal strategy aligned with business goals and regulatory requirements.
• Lead and mentor the Legal Department, including lawyers, compliance officers, and paralegals.
• Act as the primary legal adviser to the CEO, Board of Directors, and senior management.

Regulatory Compliance and Policy Engagement

• Ensure full compliance with relevant Philippine laws, including: DOE , ERC , DENR , NGCP , PEZA , SEC , LGU rules and permitting requirements.
• EPIRA, Renewable Energy Act, Clean Air Act, environmental and safety regulations.
• Liaise with government agencies and industry regulators regarding licensing, permits, audits, filings, and investigations.
