Responsibilities
Develop and implement the market retail learning strategy aligned to business priorities and growth objectives.
Deliver and adapt retail learning programmes that build product expertise, selling excellence, clienteling capability, and leadership effectiveness.
Partner with store leaders to embed learning, coaching, and behavioural change into everyday practices.
Champion a culture of continuous learning through impactful coaching and leadership development initiatives.
Measure programme effectiveness through KPIs, reporting, and business performance insights.
Collaborate with cross-functional partners and external providers to deliver innovative and effective learning solutions.
About You
8+ years' experience in Retail Learning, Talent Development, Training, Facilitation, or Performance Consulting.
Proven experience developing learning strategies that drive business performance.
