We are looking for a Head of IT, Real Estate Management and Marketing & Services Procurement to join our Neste Procurement team in Espoo, Finland.

You will focus on leading a team of end‑to‑end category leads across IT, REM and M&S. In this role you will work with many functional stakeholders and be a full‑time member of the Neste procurement leadership team.

Together with your team you will collaborate on strategic sourcing initiatives, drive supplier performance, and contribute to the overall efficiency and effectiveness of procurement processes. You will support and motivate your team to bring extraordinary spend discipline and savings projects day‑in‑day‑out.
