Head of International Reservations & Tour Operator Relations (Zanzibar & Vietnam Portfolio)

We are looking for a commercially driven Head of International Reservations & Tour Operator Relations to lead and scale our global reservations strategy with a strong focus on tour operators, DMCs, and B2B distribution across Zanzibar and Vietnam.

This role sits at the intersection of Reservations, Revenue Management, and Sales, ensuring optimal conversion, efficient operations, and strategic alignment with key international partners.

The position requires a deep understanding of group dynamics, allotments, series business, and contracting, as well as the ability to maximize profitability across different source markets.
