Key Responsibilities

Develop and execute a comprehensive IT and automation strategy aligned with business objectives to improve productivity, operational efficiency, and scalability.

Identify, design, and implement end-to-end process automation across manufacturing, supply chain, finance, and administrative functions.

Drive continuous improvement through digitisation, workflow automation, and elimination of manual processes.

Lead the implementation, enhancement, and integration of ERP, MES, WMS, SCM, and other enterprise systems.

Ensure seamless integration between operational systems, automation platforms, and business applications to enable real-time data visibility.

Oversee data governance, system reliability, and performance optimisation.

Champion the adoption of Industry 4.0 technologies, including IoT, automation systems, data analytics, and smart manufacturing solutions.
