Responsibilities
In this role you will act as business leader with strong commercial sense, work through integrated human capital areas from organization development, talent management, performance management, and strategic rewards. Responsibilities include:
- You will be responsible for marketplace assessment on commercial opportunities and to create a strategic and exciting work vision to build a strong human capital consulting business in country and/or a regional portfolio
- Work closely with Regional Director & Line of Business Leaders from other practices to develop annual business plan
- Lead and manage teams of consultants in achieving performance targets for revenue growth and profitability
- Lead and coordinate the marketing and sales effort for the Human Capital practice in coordination with other practice initiatives
