The HR Director is responsible for leading HR strategy and operations for a business unit or function. This role supports organizational goals through effective talent management, workforce planning, and employee engagement. This job profile is intended for senior leaders that support the mid to long-term (3–5 years) strategy development for their functional area, and have ownership of the short to mid-term (1–3 years) execution of functional strategy/operational direction. The position requires ability to communicate with and influence executive leadership and typically manage multiple teams.
