Energy Aspects is seeking a Head of HR to help support and lead the People function at a pivotal moment in our growth. This is a senior role that combines direct business partnering and line management of HR colleagues.

You will play a crucial role as the direct Business Partner for our Market Intelligence client group, building deep relationships with senior research leaders and supporting the full spectrum of their people needs. At the same time, you will take responsibility and line management of HR colleagues to ensure a seamless, strategic alignment across HR.
